| Rules for the 'HOTEL HOLLYWOOD - Crack the code Contest' |
|
| These Rules including the www.hotelhollywoodmovie.com Privacy Notice and Terms of Use govern the 'HOTEL HOLLYWOOD - Crack the code' contest (hereinafter referred to as 'Contest') and set out the terms and conditions between the Contest Organisers (hereinafter referred to as 'Gurdeep Singh') and each participant/contestant/entrant/you. A submission to this Contest constitutes your acceptance of the following rules: |

| 1) Eligibility : This Contest is only open to residents worldwide. All national and local laws and regulations of India apply. Participant/contestant/entrant/you must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this Contest. The Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household) of Contest Organisers, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and any company involved in the design, execution, production or judging of this promotion ("contest entities") are ineligible. Void where prohibited. |

| 2) Terms & conditions apply for SMS contests, as per TIL/Mobile Operators/IOT guidelines :Contestant will be charged by your Mobile Phone Telecom Operator for every SMS message sent through your mobile phone for the Contest. Contestant agrees and acknowledges that this charge is your liability alone and that Contest Organisers are not responsible for the same and Contestant will not have any recourse to Contest Organisers for the same. |

| Contest Organisers shall not be responsible for: (i) any SMS message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) for the Operator code not being displayed on the user's mobile phone; (iv) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (v) other conditions beyond its reasonable control. |

| Entry to the Contest Registration is only via: (i) short message services (SMS) "four digit number" to the number "_____" (Contest SMS Number" - This number will be made available on this website on 0000hrs on 15 July 2010). Contestant will be solely responsible for all charges incurred in participating in the Contest, including any internet and/or mobile phone/telecommunication charges. Each SMS sent by a Contestant will cost each him/her any applicable mobile phone operator charge, and any applicable taxes, levies or duties. Contestant may enter the Contest as many times as they wish provided that each entry is separately submitted. |

| 3) Entry to the Contest commences on 23 July 2010 and closes at 0000 hrs on 06 August 2010 (Contest Period). By entering the Contest, Contestant accepts these Terms. |

| 4) The Contestants will see the film 'Hotel Hollywood' in a theatre and identify the four digit numerical code embedded in the film. |
| |
| 5) The contestants will submit the four digit code on this website or via SMS to the number"____"(This number will be made available on this website on 0000hrs on 15 July 2010). Correct entry will be awarded the cash prize. If multiple correct entrees are recieved, then the winner will be announced via lucky draw. |

| 6) The total Cash Prize is INR 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) or approximately USD $20,000/- (US Dollar Ten Thousand) deductions of any Govt taxes and duties are applicable. The Organisers decision is based on a set of pre-determined criteria and their decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about the Contest or the organiser's decision(s). The Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable. Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Govt taxation of the Prize amount (or any part of them). Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prizes or may change midway, before or after the commencement of the Contest at the sole discretion of the Organiser. |

| 7) Winners will be notified by (i) telephone to the mobile number submitted with such contestant's entry or (ii) sms message to the mobile number submitted with contestant's entry. The Organiser reserve the right to use any other method or medium deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winners or contestants. Upon request, the selected contestants are required to provide their contact details, passport/identity number, proof of residency, proof of age and/or any other details deemed necessary and relevant by the Organiser in its sole discretion prior to the event. |

| 8) By entering into this Contest, each Contestant is deemed to have granted Organiser the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nickname, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of such Contestant and/or representatives of such Contestant without obtaining any other further consent or making any payment whatsoever to such Contestant and/or the representatives of such Contestant for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. |

| 9) Contestants personal information (PI) will be collected to enable the Organiser to administer and promote this Contest and the Winners. The PI of Winners may be provided to others assisting the Organiser in this regard, including the Organisers affiliates and to authorities that regulate this Contest (if applicable). If a Contestant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Organiser may determine that such Contestant is not eligible to win a Prize in this Contest. |

| 10) All entries and all copyright and other rights in such entries become the property of the Organiser. By entering the Contest (unless otherwise advised by the Contestant), each Contestant consents to the information submitted with their entry being entered into a database and to the use by the Organiser and/or its affiliates of this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Contestant. All personal details (including the PI) of the Contestant will be stored at the office of the Organiser. |

| 11) The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Contestant who tampers with the entry process and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this Contest, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest if, for any reason, this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Organiser that corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest. |

12) The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Organiser also does not accept the responsibility for any delayed SMS or SMS that cannot be delivered due to connection issues (failed/partial transmission), malfunctions, inaccessibility, unavailability, out of coverage areas, traffic congestion, acts or omission of service providers or unauthorised use of a mobile phone in relation to this Contest. The Organiser and/or its service providers including the shortcode/telecommunication service provider shall not be responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Organiser on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of the above (as applicable), including any injury or damage to any contestant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in or in connection with this Contest or failure of any entry to be received by the Organiser.
CAUTION : any attempt to deliberately damage any website or the information on a website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Organiser reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. |

| Contest Organiser's Warranties and Disclaimers :. To the fullest extent allowable by law, Contest Organisers specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the contest or the prizes including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. |

| 14) Release of Liability and Issues of Law : By participating, all entrants/contestants release Contest Organisers, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this promotion from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this promotion, acceptance or use of prizes. Entrants/contestants also agree that Contest Organisers, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees and all entities associated with the development and execution of this promotion are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the Contest, the submission and/or its prizes. Contest Organisers are not liable for damage to a user's computer system (including, without limitation, any server failure or lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction) due, either directly or indirectly, to a contestants participation in the Contest or downloading of information in connection with the Contest. Contest Organisers reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest in the event that any portion of any website used to administer any aspect of the Contest becomes technically corrupted. |

Contest Organisers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Contest Organisers on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to contestant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest |

| 15) All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE MUMBAI (INDIA) COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF INDIA SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT/PARTICPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. The Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law. |

| If Contest Organisers denies you any eligible prize(s), Contest Organiser's entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to a distribution of the equivalent amount of prizes as set forth above. By participating in the contest, you waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based. |

| 16) Generally : These Rules apply to your submissions/contributions, unless Contest Organisers provide any items to you under more specific terms, in which case those more specific terms will apply to the relevant items. Contest Organisers may make changes to these rules at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the rules will be available at [www.hotelhollywoodmovie.com]. Contributing to the contest or accepting prizes will constitute acceptance of the revised rules. These rules prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. |

| If, for reasons beyond Contest Organisers control (including, but not limited to, tampering or computer virus infection), the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, Contest Organisers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, without liability. Contest Organisers will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illicit submissions, or for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone, and other technical errors, omissions malfunctions, and delays. Entries are void if they contain material typographical or other errors. All entrants/contestants agree to comply fully with each provision in these Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest and any person who does not comply with these Rules, will be ineligible for any prize(s) and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. |
